Scientific Process - all production parts will go through the Pres-Tek IQ, OQ, PQ Validation Process. The scientific studies will be performed by Certified Master Molding Process Engineers.

Metrology Lab – we perform Gage R&R, First Article Inspection (FAI), Capability and Performance process studies (Cpk and Ppk). We will also customize testing equipment to meet your specific projects requirements.

IQMS ERP System – tracks production with live real-time reporting of finished goods and raw material. The system also tracks inventory levels to insure timely shipments to meet your preferred stocking agreement.
